Typically, each session will last for 45 minutes to 1½ hour. You can expect to achieve your coaching goals within 4 to 6 sessions. However, the more accurate length of time will depend a lot on the nature of your goals and how quickly you take the actions.
When do I stop the coaching process?
You can stop the coaching process when you have achieved your goals. However, many people continue the coaching process to achieve new goals and continue a maintenance program.
How do I know if I am ready to be coached?
If you can answer positively to the following questions:
1. Are you committed to achieving your goal(s)?
2. Are you willing to accept new perspectives?
3. Are you willing to take the actions you and your coach uncover to achieve your goal(s)?
