EQUALSKILLS
Overview
Equalskills is a fun, informal and flexible learning programme that provides introduction to computers and the Internet, showing the use and role of technology in the everyday lives of all people, regardless of status, education, age, ability or understanding.
Equaliskills is based around a Paper based Workbook – It consists of exercises and learning information. It is meant as a study aid and assessment document, and gives the candidate the chance to check their understanding of any of the topics. The candidate on completion of the programme can keep the learning section of the workbook as a reminder of the skills they have learnt. The facilitator will send the assessment section back to ICS-Skills in exchange for the Equalskills certificate. There is no exam at all.
